FAQs: Process of Customization

What is Customized by You

Customized by You” is our most personal and exclusive offering, a hand-painted Caraz case designed entirely around your vision. Every element is chosen by you and brought to life by our artists.

Once you share your vision, our designers carefully translate it into a refined concept, balancing your input with artistic direction, layout, and aesthetic harmony. Every detail is considered.

A true one-of-one, refined, expressive, and undoubtably yours.

Will I see the design before you start painting?

Yes. Once you submit the customization form, our design team will carefully review your ideas and reference images, then create a digital mockup that reflects your requested design, including:

  1. Placement
  2. Color palette
  3. Style
  4. Calligraphy, if requested.

We’ll send the mockup to you via WhatsApp or email within a few days. You’ll have the chance to request adjustments or approve the final version.

We only begin painting once you confirm you're fully happy with the design.

How long does it take to finish a custom case?

Once the design is approved, it takes about 7–10 business days to complete and receive your hand-painted case. You’ll be notified when it’s ready to ship.

Can I give you a general idea and let your designers take over?

Absolutely. Many clients trust our creative direction. Just share your inspiration, mood, or meaning, and our designers will develop a concept that feels true to you, while maintaining the Caraz aesthetic.

How is pricing determined for custom designs?

Custom designs fall into three categories based on the complexity, size, and placement of the artwork.

Once you submit your idea, our designers will prepare a mockup and evaluate which tier it fits into. We’ll then share the exact price with you before painting begins.
